John was here to service my gas fireplace. I hadn't used it in about three years. He found a small leak and repaired it. He also replaced the remote which has never worked. The main fireplace ignitor switch was also replaced because it didn't work. I'm very happy with the service I received. It was a little pricey, but so is everything else these days. I will use them again if necessary.

They did a good job once the technician came to the house with the new parts. There was a considerable lag time between our down payment and actual service because: 1. They had to order replacement parts for our gas fireplace insert and also a furnace cap on our roof. 2. They didn't want to scale the roof during the winter due to snow, ice, wind. Unfortunately, this meant that by the time it was repaired, the season for fireplace usage was essentially over.

The team was punctual, efficient and we now have a fireplace that works for the first time since purchasing our house last year. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service and outcome.

The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He identified and remedied the problem with our malfunctioning gas fireplace quickly and with no additional charge over their inspection fee. He suggested one additional repair and said he would email us an estimate. We have not yet received their estimate, but we look forward to receiving it. Highly recommended. Our fireplace is working well.
